    We are lucky enough to have just recently purchased a new Burstner Motorhome from Emmbee. From arriving at the forecourt viewing the motorhomes to collecting our vehicle last week the standard of service has been fantastic. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and interested in our requirements. This has resulted in us choosing the right vehicle for us without compromise. The sales team were not peering over our shoulder and have left us to wander for as long as we want without the hard sales push which is somewhat encountered when buying a vehicle. There was a massive choice of vehicles both new and used, all in excellent condition and we were spoilt for choice to be honest Phil and the staff were excellent throughout and after a short time we were able to make the right choice of van and are very happy with out new motorhome. I would strongly recommend that you visit this establishment if your after a new or used motorhome and I'm sure you will be has happy as we were.

    We have been dealing with Emm Bee for two years now, since we bought our third motorhome, a Chausson 618, from them. In that time we have found their commitment and professionalism in all areas of sales and service to be excellent at all times. We consider Emm Bee superior to other reputable companies we have dealt with and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a motorhome.

    As ever, friendly welcome and all work previously discussed entered on the worksheet. Where an enhancement was not possible explanation given. Finished job ahead of given timescale.

    We have now bought two motorhomes from EmmBee the most recent being a new Bailey 625, during both transactions we found the sales staff helpful without being pushy or intrusive. Come the time of hand over the technical staff were very patient and friendly taking plenty of time explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle. We have had a few slight construction problems with the Bailey, but nothing to serious, and they have been sorted out promptly with the help of their after sales team. In summing up we have found all the sections of EmmBee from the sales team through to the after sales service to be a pleasure to deal with.

    We cannot speak highly enough of the customer service we received. This was our first motorhome purchase. Each member of staff we dealt with was extremely helpful. When we said we wanted to buy certain items for the motorhome, rather than take our money from us, we were advised to use the motorhome for a year and if we still thought we needed the items buy them. We found this very refreshing. Normally dealerships can't wait to get their hands on your money!! Everything was explained when we collected our motorhome, they were very patient and made sure we understood everything before we left. Our motorhome was immaculate inside and out. We had lots of questions from when we decided to buy the vehicle, right up to when we collected it. If they didn't know the answers, they found out and got right back to us. Usually they knew though. 10 out of 10. Brilliant.

    We wanted to wait until after we had experienced the service side of things from Emm-Bee before writing a review. The sales experience was excellent (friendly took time to understand needs & didn't pressure) but that's often the nice bit because there's the small matter of big money involved! The real test is how a customer is treated once they've parted with their hard-earned cash and I'm pleased to say Emm-Bee service is as attentive as the sales! We had a couple of manufacturer snags on our van & some queries that were down to us being newbies. The queries were managed really well on the phone (& one of those calls was me desperate at 5.15pm!) on a Friday night but a service colleague stayed behind to help as much as they could even though it was home time. We needed to book the van in for the couple of snags & it was easily done in one call & emailed photos. They were really flexible on drop off time & called each day to provide an update on the repairs. Once it was ready, they provided a full overview on the phone & a written copy upon collection. All in all, it's been a great customer experience & I'd recommend them to anybody who is interested in buying a motorhome.

    Being in the market for a new motorhome we embarked on a journey of reviewing & looking at many motorhomes, we kept coming back to the Burstner’s based on quality finish & also price. We went to the NEC in 2014 & met the EmmBee team & spoke with the person I dealt with ; at no time did we feel we got the hard sell from the team. We placed an order after sleeping on the decision & the vehicle was duly delivered the next year. We had requested many additions to be fitted to the vehicle but not at the factory & he coordinated all of this without any issues at all; he even personally delivered the vehicle to get some of the modifications fitted. I would recommend EmmBee’s for their sales & service as the experience has been a great one from all the team.

    My husband and I obviously did a lot of research ourselves before buying our first motorhome. However, once we saw the quality of the Burstner, there was no comparison. Emmbee were very helpful without pressure at the NEC show, (both the owner of the firm and the sales manager) so we decided to visit their showrooms to look again and subsequently placed an order. Everything went smoothly, just as promised re timescales, delivery, price agreed. Yes, there were a few aftersales things to be sorted but the aftersales team were brilliant, even though some parts had to come from overseas. It did mean quite a journey for us again, however Emmbee were willing to post items where that suited us. Everthing was clean and as new. We would have liked to have had a neater finish to the sealant on the solar panel, but it is not obvious being on the roof.

    Emmbee were great from our original contact at the NEC show to collection of the new van. We were kept well informed by sales while our new motorhome was being built and delivery was on time. When we collected the van, the handover was great with a comprehensive explanation of all equipment. Part exchange on our old motorhome was very good. All staff very helpful and easy to contact by phone or email.

    We bought our Burstner Elegance August 2013, salesman very helpful, happy with the price, collection as agreed. Had quite a few subsequent warranty issues but Emm Bee have worked hard to resolve all problems. Would be happy to buy from them again they certainly seem to care about their customers.

    We purchased a new Aviano form Emm Bee in July, this was a stock vehicle so had a few minor scuffs from various viewings etc, all of this was put right by EmmBee prior to delivery. I found the salesperson to be pleasant, honest and in delivering what he promised. I have to say that I experienced far more faults than anticipated but I cannot criticise the service team in the manner in which they dealt with me and the issues. Would I go back to EmmBee for another new motorhome, yes I would.

    We are first time purchasers after a few years of hiring and borrowing motorhomes. We researched before purchase and did enough research to work out that the Scottish Dealers were not interested in our business. We discovered Emm Bee mid last year, had very positive exchanges and which culminated in an order placed in August 2014 and delivery in June 2015 (to suit our timescales/funding). The whole process has been excellent and we have been well looked after by all at Emm Bee. A few minor teething/snagging items as expected and these are model/manufacturer related. All sorted so far by Emm Bee without any query or quibble and after sales service and ongoing support is excellent. One particular technical issue (blown fuse on drop down bed) was very quickly diagnosed by Emm Bee from a distance and I was emailed with photographs and a narrative on how to replace the fuse - which took me all of two minutes, very happy with that level of support. We have no hesitation in recommending Emm Bee to friends and in fact already have. H & N.

    After dealing with the fantastic salesman that sold us our Chausson, who looked after us well and kept us updated as to the delivery of our Motorhome... Great Friendly Team... The aftersales department at Emm Bee Motorhomes, we cannot fault. We had a few teething issues, minor repairs. Like a door handle was a bit wobbly etc. The girls were fantastic and really friendly... they made sure that all little issue were dealt with efficiently. The Workshop were very thorough and ensured us that all work was done and explained to us what had been done. The Show out that we had when we collected our vehicle was very informative and I would not hesitate recommending Emm Bee to anyone that would like to buy a Motorhome. All in all a great service.!!!

    We would agree with the most recent review. We have dealt with Emm Bee, a family firm for over 3 years and have purchased two motorhomes from them, the most recent being a Burstner in March 2014. We have found the sales and after sales to be very helpful, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would rather deal with this company than one of the large multiple dealers. There have been warranty issues which have always been resolved and we have been kept fully informed throughout. We have recommended this company to a number of our friends and will continue to do so.

    I find the other review I have just read as very surprising. We ordered a Burstner at the Motorhome show in September last year and took delivery in March. We were given a good deal at the show, were kept informed about delivery times and the van was there when they said it would be. As seems to be par for the course, subsequently there were a number of faults with the van. Each was corrected by Emm Bee under the warranty. I have to say that their service department did a first class job. The admin staff were on the ball and very easy to work with. I simply do not recognise the same company as others have commented on and would recommend buying from them wholeheartedly.
