The range consists of four layouts: ET, DB, SL and GL. The 6.97m ET and GL are two-berth models, while the larger 7.81m DB and SL provide additional living space and sleeping accommodation for up to four.
Standard equipment is generous, with Truma CombiNeo heating and hot water, a Thetford oven, grill and three-burner hob, separate shower, rear garage, reversing camera and 120W solar panel among the equipment included.

Each Ace 1500 layout approaches sleeping and living space differently. The ET features an electric drop-down bed over the front lounge, while the SL uses a different rear sleeping arrangement and is available in either two- or four-berth form. The DB can also be specified for two or four people, giving couples the option of choosing a larger layout without necessarily needing additional berths.
The two-berth versions use a front parallel lounge with storage beneath, while four-berth models incorporate fold-down travelling seats with ISOFIX. This means the right 1500 isn’t simply determined by vehicle length or the number of people it can sleep; it’s also worth considering how you want the lounge and sleeping areas to work when you’re using the motorhome.
The Ace 1500 is worth considering if you want a coachbuilt motorhome with a straightforward choice of layouts and plenty of equipment already included. Rather than a large number of derivatives and trim levels, the range gives you four floorplans covering two vehicle lengths and two- or four-berth use.
The shorter ET and GL will suit different requirements from the larger DB and SL, so choosing between them comes down to more than berth numbers. Overall length, sleeping arrangement, storage and the way the living space is configured are all worth comparing.
