Bürstner has used very different floorplans across its ranges, so the first decision is usually the layout rather than the age of the motorhome. Service and habitation records should be considered alongside mileage, with the heating, hot water, fridge, electrical equipment and other habitation systems checked as part of assessing the vehicle.
It’s also worth confirming the vehicle’s payload and any accessories that have been added since new. Awnings, bike racks, satellite systems and other equipment all contribute to weight, which can be particularly relevant if you intend to travel with bikes, additional passengers or a lot of touring equipment.
Finally, compare the actual day and night layout. A floorplan that looks spacious during the day can work very differently once beds are in use, particularly where lounges convert into sleeping accommodation.
